In this respect, you commit yourself to take part in at least one mediation meeting by appointing a person with power of decision as a delegate to the meeting. The mediator will be appointed among the mediators recognized by the Federal Mediation Commission. In case no agreement can be reached on the name of a mediator, this will be appointed by the Chairman of said Federal Mediation Commission.
